I have been seeing Broadway shows my whole life—six already in 2023–and this was the worst I’ve seen. I’m also a HUGE Harry Potter fan and fall in love over and over again when we get to Universal, but this piece of absolute unbearable drama had me wanting to leave after the first act. Whoever wrote and executed this script should be ashamed. We had tickets for the two shows in July of 2020, which thank GOD were canceled. We won our first row tickets through their lottery and PHEW because I would NOT want to pay more that $40. I was bored to tears!! That’s 3 1/2 hours of my life I won’t be getting back. Even if you’re a humongous HP fan like I am, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
