Ladies are very smart and good at what they do. But I just watched an episode where one of the lady’s was using a grinder with a cut off wheel to cut a hole in the transmission tunnel. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!!!!! She was using the grinder without its guard on the wheel. If that person had been working for me, she would have minimum gotten away with a safety hit, a suspension of a repeat offender. Love the show but you must show proper safety practices.
