Frisco, TX...Essentially All My Sons are the Spirit Airlines of Moving Companies...No wait, at least with Spirit they are very upfront about all the service charges and fees. The moving crew were actually great but I felt like I was being robbed without ask after my final bill was revealed. I was charged a truck fee, a fuel fee, and a transportation fee(I moved a, yes 1 mile from my previous address). The crazy part about it, is they reveal your final bill based on an estimation of when they'll be finished and here comes the best part...they tell you this after ALL YOUR BELONGINGS ARE ON THEIR TRUCK in their possession awaiting unload. So essentially, you pay their price or they leave with your stuff! I called the office spoke with Jensen and his best explanation of the additional fees were this is what they've always done for 30 years so they must be doing something right. Well Jensen, slavery was also good business but history revealed that it wasn't so great for all parties involved. At best, these practices are equally immoral and shady. I WILL NEVER AGAIN! For those reading this review, I would suggest renting your own truck and hiring some professional movers/helpers. If you're in the North Dallas area, I would recommend Advanced Movers. In hindsight, I should've used them for my entire move and cancelled with All My Sons!!!
