Wendy Easter

I loved this film, but then I love cats. Having never seen a stage production I had no expectations, although I knew all the songs. The cat dancers and their catlike movements were perfect in every way and I was mesmerised by them. As for the actors playing the main characters, they were well chosen for their feline parts and brought them to life. The familiar songs were even better hearing them in context and I confess to shedding more than a tear at the end. I will watch it again and again I am certain.
