Obviously this movie is not one for the movie snobs out there. The Guardian review drones on about British Carry-On films with multiple unfunny references whilst ScreenRant waffles on about choice of actors and the like. This was a fun, daft, tense and exciting Xmas action flick. It pretty much does what it says on the tin. Don’t overanalyse or get drawn in by the humourless, charmless reviewers but sit back with the family and enjoy the ride for 2 hours.
