It didn't do justice to anything that the book stands for, neither the characters not the theme. It was too fast, and didn't really tell us ANYTHING about the characters and their chemistry with each other and their struggle with their griefs.
Also, the choice of actor to play the iconic Theodore Finch was simply bad.
I found this movie so pathetic that it has kinda spoiled the book for me as well.
