I was eager to check it out because I am a fan of Ryan Destiny, adored her in Star. This however was every negative stereotype of black womanhood, single mothers and a slight rip off of 13 reasons why without the obvious reason for suicide. It was disturbing and we didn't finish watching the whole thing. I figured by the time she got to the stripper pole something ugly was about to go down we really didn't need to see. Really tired of seeing single mothers especially black moms portrayed as negligent, trainwrecks or narcissists who care only for themselves and shallow sexual encounters. Or alternately they work 3 jobs unselfishly and are forgotten doormats of self-sacrifice that are happy about it. smh...
