Scuffed Brit

Obviously this is my opinion, but I just can't seem to enjoy this series. It has a nice setting, nice music, but I can't stand the camera shots, the flow, nor some of the actors and the main actor. It feels to me like a rushed show that wanted to capitalise on something that's currently trendy, and didn't really pull it off. It just feels like the pilot which they sent to somebody to review and were intending to edit it and add things at a later date. Unfinished. Of course it appears to be getting good reviews here, so if you give it a go and enjoy it, I am happy for you.

Great. Lovely little adventure. I read some reviews that are negative and imply it has no meaning to people watching it, or that it will never be applied to the real world, but good lord - I just watched a depressingly happy little show with two entertaining main actors and several fantastic side actors, all working together to create an environment and setting that worked beautifully. People take some stuff too seriously, and I'm not saying that to discredit this series or to give it a 'free pass' - it is what it is, and it does it bloody marvellously, it doesn't claim to be more. Any claims to be anything more than what it is, is put there by snobby reviewers and people wanting every film/series to change the world, lol.

No excuse to not watch it... It's incredibly well acted, shot, it has beautiful and fitting music throughout, and it follows a dramatic, comedic and scary adventure of a psychopath & a sociopath, who strangely, I believe everybody can relate to on many levels. One of my favourite series in my 30 years :)
