Sanjit Kumar, if you really think Rampage is one of the best movies of the year, you should lock yourself in an inescapable cell and never be allowed to express your poorly worded opinion ever again.

I just myself finished "Tag". Sure, it's not going to go down a classic, but for it's runtime it's endlessly charming and has plenty of laugh out loud moments. The core group all have great chemistry and Renner shows that he should be doing more comedy. I also liked his Sherlock Holmes-esque bullet time interludes showing just why he hasn't been tagged in 30 years. But for me, the standout was Hannibal Burress's character Sable. He had easily all of the best lines, many of which I'm still thinking about later. Overall it gets a B-.

@Beardless Messiah I think you're one of those hipsters who hate everything. The writing on the show is excellent. Mike Flanagan as a writer and director has a grasp on the genre unlike most of his contemporaries. I haven't seen a film of his that I didn't really enjoy. You're whole review sounded like that of a snob who went into it with other people's expectations as opposed to your own. The acting was near perfect, including the children in the flashbacks. It wasn't supposed to be this deathly frightening show. It was about building dread. I'm glad I read your review, so I never have to read another.

Beginning with the directing duos first film, "Resolution", an unassuming micro budget horror film that deconstructed horror film trooes much in the same way as the bigger budget Cabin In The Woods. The Endless is a mind sending thought provoking film about 2 brothers (played by the directing duo) who years before escaped a UFO death cult. They receive a video tape that leads them back to the cult and the questions about what's really going on start to pile on. I bring up Resolution because it's almost essential you see it before hand and compliment each other better than any other 2 film's I can think of.
