A pleasant little movie but niggled me a bit with regard to Frank being allocated to his mother's former lover. I wasn't quite sure how this huge coincidence was resolved, it seemed to have something to do with her having volunteered to take an evacuee but how these circumstances had come about remained unclear to me. Slightly spoiled my enjoyment of the film.
