It gets one star because the idea of a single mom’s club is good that’s it! Honestly felt like it almost made a joke at how difficult parenting can be as a single parent. All they needed was to talk to their kids and all was fixed, but even the talking was so on the surface. The young boy has an awful father and she gets a new boyfriend who’s a great and all is fixed. Please! They all began relationships of course that was all they needed!!! Oh and they all arrive home from a night out with one lady as a babysitter and apart from a boy disappearing nobody bats an eye at the neighbour being over? And the neighbour who most never lets stays to look after the kids… call me overprotective but really??l Life as a single parent isn’t awful but keep it real show the real struggles the real sorority needed not this cheap stuff

Loved it! I think there were some bits missing though… maybe it’s just me but how come they were so alone. You’d think in this type of emergency friends, family and neighbours would be checking up on you. The other thing that annoys me is sometimes they lay on the problems…spoiler : he loses his child, his job, finds that his wife is having n affair and pregnant all at the same time is just a bit over the top for me. But overall it’s gripping and well done!

Island looks beautiful, some acting was excellent and I loved the music. None of the characters grew on me and I didn't connect I didn't feel there was any depth to it. The rituals were well acted out, but I just felt the main character was a blundering murderer without, an angry child, the slave woman a beautiful yet self serving without much else. The tribe was just cruel and bloodthirsty with some mystical rituals. I find the vikings interesting but this was mainly just blood and guts.

I really liked it, a bit over acting at times and over dramatised, otherwise I liked the insight.

Well put together, I believe he was innocent. If it could be proved that those people coached those children they should be prosocuted, it is criminal to put your child through that and also take stories from real victims.
