Lovely costumes, sets and lighting. Style and script more suited to stage play. Comes across as a spoof and quite corny in places. The actors were filmed in such a way as to be intrusive and most played their parts as if they were wearing Ill fitted gloves. Graves’ was the best and most convincing natural performance. Much preferred the TV series and previous film - both of which were better. No stars for direction I am afraid.
