Vincent did a decent job with the script, and he captured the conflict within Rio, pretty well, despite what some of the movie critics are saying... and the acting from the cast including the leads... ethan, chris, jake, leila and dane was excellent. I thought the film did a nice job of capturing the violence and lawlessness of the times, and the cinematography and filming locations were spot on... I'm a fan of westerns going back 50 years... and I rate this one pretty high ! I highly recommend it !

Clint continues to deliver authentic performances featuring complex, conflicted characters. The confliction in Earl is similar to his boxing trainer character in Million Dollar Baby..and his William Muny role in Unforgiven..The movie is a must see
