Being less cliché and trashy than you think, "It Follows" has a completely excellent and new story to tell. There's no let's-find-where-it-started in this film, and it's genuinely tense. No, this isn't going to make you jump out of the couch cause it's not meant to do so. Clichés are still present, but they don't bother or are stupid. If you want to watch it, do it fearlessly, it's a movie I'd recommend everyone who wants to see something new in horror genre. Definitely in my list.
