The script was not great, and Mr. Jones was played unconvincingly, but I feel like Keanu Reeves did a good job playing his part. I feel bad for people who can't watch any other type of sci-fi but action movies about unknown galaxies and space ships. If that's your expectation, than no, this is not the movie for you. This is more of a drama. But if you have loved ones in your life and especially kids, then you are much more likely to enjoy this film.
