I tried to give this show a watch and was hopeful. By season 3 it just became unbearable. The representation of autism was done horrifically bad, there is a spectrum, not just one size fits all. Workplace bullying, poor patient interaction by all doctors, inappropriate workplace conduct and the list just goes on with everything wrong with this show.
