But while doing that the movie got slow. But that was not the case in Kannur SquadHere the screenplay was fast and cinematic, so it stuck in the minds of the audience. The story of the movie Kannur Squad is not new. Many people may have seen some such movies. A police team works to catch some violent criminalsThe story of the movie is about what problems the team faces and what kind of methods they adopt while catching them. The main character of the movie is George Martin (Mamootty). In the first half, the story of the movie continues like a normal investigation thriller. But in the second half, there were several monthly elementsWhich made the movie more interesting. Nothing new to say about Mammootty's performance. But his supporting actors also supported him brilliantly. Vijayaraghaban, Kishore, Manoj and tech helper all gave realistic performances. The director of the movie has to be thanked. He has given each character his own identityEven the characterization of the villains was excellent. The locations suited the story. The camera work and background music were moving. It was a great cinematic experience for me without the songs and romantic scenes. A must watch film for malayalam movie lovers😊 Personal Rating 8.7/10
