Holy F&%K!
What an irritating, tedious treatment.
Did your Producers decide on the time-shuffling, incongruous 'storyline' as a means of injecting some sort of "style" into this?
The disjointedness was not only irritating, but it succeeded in destroying ANY sort of maintainable tension... except the element that created a tension headache (because the actors were never allowed to coalesce within the 'plot'), so the viewer is left to expend an inordinate amount of energy to keep sewing-together whatever the f*ck is supposed to be happening, to whom; where; and when.
Even with the jump-cutting between timelines within the 'story', this damned thing just grates.
Could have been great, but... wOw.
Re-Edit this in a more-linear (not completely, perhaps, but... Cheezuss; this hurt) incarnation, and give this ensemble of decent Actors a chance to showcase their abilities without constant disruption.
