Ellen Fensch

I really wanted to like this show and I do to a certain degree. But I'm on episode 7 and I'm still waiting to be impressed. I like the characters expect (unfortunately) for the main one, Emma (Hilary Swank). I enjoy Hilary Swank as an actor so I'm disappointed that she has such a wimpy role in this series. She is way too emotional to be a commander of a space mission and I feel like that's all this show is about...constant emotional crises. For all the actors really. It's just emotional fluff. Where is the excitement of a space mission to Mars? All the characters are wrapped up in their own bubble of emotional baggage. Right now the world is in turmoil with the pandemic and political divisions. I want to feel less stress not more as I yell at the TV on how stupid and unprofessional this whole show is.
