Terrible gameplay, most of the characters are really unfair, and some are plain out broken. I would recommend this game if Blizzard could fix a lot of things. The loot boxes is basically RNG and they have poor chances of even giving something remotely close to what you want I never get any legendaries ,except on events, and the when it shows you a high rarity item it's something the opposite of the character you play as or it gives you useless stuff that will never be used.
