I love your show. , but on the tips , years ago , The word (tips )was trained to mean (to insure prompt service )that is not trained anymore , because their restaurants do not pay hardly any salaries to waitresses and they have to share with the cook ,and hostess ,the bus kid, and at times other waitresses ,so the wages are not much when you get done doing what the restaurants make you do ! you pay tax on your sales and then you get what you have left , waitressing used to be a good occupation but , with the way it’s done now it’s not hardly fair and they’re trained to just expect the tip , or ask for it so they can put it in the computer on a debit card they don’t even legally get to keep cash done it 40 yrs ( life )and have owned a restaurant , I’m 63 retired started at 15 at .50 hr .. so if u have never done it , I hope this helps u guys understand. , I do agree they should be trained to do good service.
