What annoyes me about this show: - I find it weird that everyone likes their tattoo and in one episode, the reaction of the girl was shown only for a second and then it was narrated that she was happy, which seemed rather unlikely. - Personally, I find the concept that someone else chooses the tattoo a bit over the top, and what I noticed is that quite some cover ups go well beyond the original size-wise. E.g. a girl had 4 small words on her back and the new tattoo literally covered half of her back. This is again over the top, i think. - Theoretically, the friend chooses the tattoo, but almost every time after the friend says what tattoo he/she would go for, the tattoo artist cuts in, shows his idea and keeps talking until the friend is convinced. If you pay attention to it, it happens almost every time, which i find a pity because some more personal ideas like "she is spiritual, so do stars and moons" are omitted in the artist's favor who wants to do flowers and butterflies instead (which we have seen plenty of even in this show). - Finally, yes, the narration is unpleasant to say the least.
