There is a lot of sanctimony in this book. Lori looks down on women working or sending their kids to school. They are to stay home, school their kids at the kitchen table, wait on their husbands hand and foot, and consent to sex anytime he asks whether she wants to or not! Lori is very judgmental, intolerant, and dismissive of any doctrine other than her own. as a Christian I find her as opposite of Jesus as anyone could possibly be. As a woman it is your job to work in the home, shut up, obey and be happy about it. The book is quite hypocritical as Lori makes all kinds of money selling books and other endeavors yet sanctimoniously puts women down for working.
