Tone Zone

Okay, I'm not the target audience for this film. I'm old enough to have seen Star Wars first time round. And I haven't read the books that this film is based on, so I thought I'd watch the film without prejudice. I enjoyed it as a piece of effects driven escapism that I probably wouldn't watch again. A bit like The Mandalorian; great effects with a competent without being compelling storyline. If we hadn't already got a Disney+ subscription I probably wouldn't have watched it (or The Mandalorian either - now Picard on Amazon Prime, that's different class - 6 stars by comparison!)
