The book is highly rich in contents on all USAID guidelines for a successful implementation of all its awards. I am specifically referring to all compliance issues with emphasis to FAR and Super Circular.
I was opportune to read the book through a friend here in Nigeria. I couldn't obtain my personal copy locally. But it is a book that is a must have for all international development workers as it provides in details everything that was needed for successful implementation of USAID awards.
