Nope. After much drama, extremely wealthy and old Peter gets young, beautiful, and fertile rags to riches Simone. Evil, old, and barren (successful and well educated) wife gets her comeuppance. It’s the ovaries, people! Everyone else goes back to their place on the pecking order after their taste of wealth holiday weekend. No surprise. It’s just the way of the world. I will give it one star (hey! It’s a star!) For location and eye candy.

Richard Chamberlain was a better Blackthorne. But, top marks for production values and the Japanese cast.

It’s Shakespeare (I.e. Macbeth) combined with the spectacle of Game of Thrones. It’s just not good Shakespeare.
