IMO this book is a revelation of all the mental trauma that MANY people go through because of the death penalty. It’s not just the convicted prisoner. I think Grisham is anti death penalty but also a Christian which, IMO, is a conflict because most Christians appear to be pro death penalty.
To me, the book was really long and drawn out with way too much legalese and tying up loose ends quickly at the end and letting a killer go loose which probably does happen.
Perhaps pro death penalty people should read this to broaden their perspective on the death penalty. Personally, I did not enjoy the book.

Comedy, drama, mystery, heartwarming, romantic, sexy, stupid silly, cultural issues, just everything and anything and was sad when we finished watching it. The show made me smile 75% of the time I watched it.

I LOVE this series SO much! It makes me feel like I am actually living in the early 1900's. It is simply one of the best series I have ever seen in my 70 years! The story is wonderfully told with deep character development so you fee like this is an actual person you are watching. It is funny, emotional, thought provoking and beautiful. The most phenomenal actors! Plus the opening theme song and art work are so spiritual!
