Boring very random nothing really comes together hops from topic to topic towards the middle end it was alright but besides that very boring and the author didn't completely explain how and why mediation works and happens which in a way defeats the purpose of the book. Had to read it for my college class and my professor seemed to really enjoy it but from what I could tell the students did not.
