It didn't hit the mark. Disappointing. However Nicole Kidman was great. They didn't cast Desi Arnaz very well. Javier Bardem looked older than Kidman and he is not handsome like Desi Arnez was. Fred and Ethel weren't quite right either. J. K. Simmons as William Frawley too tall and not husky enough & Nina Arianda as Vivian Vance to young and not stout enough.
