Stunning visuals, beautiful heartfelt music, and a powerful message about the importance of showing empathy online and bringing out the good in each other. Admittedly there are a few pacing issues but the plot and story work out well in the end thanks to the sum of the films parts showing a spectacular journey of a girl who overcomes grief and finds inner strength. The Beauty and The Beast motif works entirely in the film's favor as a metaphor of how we may see and perceive each other online and is reflective of the heroine's journey. Its also a very good introductory anime for those who may not be familiar with the medium or have never seen it before. Highly recommend it. Great for families and anime fans alike.
