Garry Rogers

I had heard about this book and the story behind it and l was intrigued. I bought it and read it within 2 days such was my immersion in the story and with what went on. It beggars belief that a Police Force, like Greater Manchester Police had SENIOR officers who were as underhand and corrupt as those described in this heart wrenching story of a dedicated and highly courageous police officer like Garry Rogers. His life and career was ruined. The question is Why ? He put his life on the line time after time, doing a job that perhaps the majority of police officers would not or could not do. All this counted for nothing and certain senior officers conspired together to ruin his career. What for ? To protect a corrupt senior officer who it appears was also a Mason. This story is fascinating, both in it’s content and detail, you won’t be disappointed.
