Republic is a genuinely made film that addresses many contemporary issues like sustainability, particularly the reasons for hindrances to the democratic ruling. Kudos to Story, Dialogues, direction, screenplay and photography crew. We must admire the guts of the production team that believed in a great story but not in commercial elements. The focus on the main theme of the story is maintained throughout the length without any distractions. This movie has clearly shown the reason for the failure of democratic implementation is not only due to the flaws of politicians or bureaucrats but also due to lack of motivation in public.

It's the film with a message displayed with humour touch. Characterization of the hero is at different level. Acting of Karthik is very involved and effortless. Kudos to the crew which believed in a story that is not commercial but can potentially broke so many stereotypes.

Must watch film which stands true to the title and expose all the subtle faults in us, which ultimately ends in a perfect realization. Awesome story, craft, acting, music and screenplay. It's truly a rare gem.
