One time watch only. Kind of overrated. There are plenty of movies which are far better in suspense, thriller and storyline than this. It is little different no doubt but kind of predictable after a point. Over dramatic.

I don't know how to express my gratitude towards this book. This book is a life saver. It helps us to see ourselves clearly. And the best part is , it contains practical approaches n practices to implement the philosophy in life. I am very thankful to Jay Shetty for this amazing book.

Well.. sample was very good than book..
Some chapters are very good , some are just completely boring...
On an average.. it feels like a justification book or he just want to improve his image.. doesn't felt very honest as his screen image.. well..he already said that.. he do everything as per PR.
