First of all I watched season 2 keeping no hope in my mind that it would be good. Because it’s rarely a moment when a good season 2 comes out of a series after an amazing season 1 because of reasons I wouldn’t bore you with but you’d know and understand why that happens if you have little knowledge about film making. There would be different kind of audience for this particular series one which are majority that who watch for dialogue and abuse second are the audience which are in minority would who take essence in screenplay. I started to watch season 2 not thinking season 1 in my mind. Just thinking about how you’d achieve the end. There were some good character follow through and there were some forced stories and action and some were total illogical scenarios. Time spent on Dialogues for Guddu, Sharad and Golu is very well spent. They say things that does not look forced at all, and on the other side time spent on Tripathi family is mostly boring. Satyananda arc is totally forced for feminism and Satyananda is very boring throughout the series. Best character growth to be seen is of Sharad, Maqbool and Babur which I was hoping for so I got what I came for. Overall I am fine with the season 2 and a good open ended climax, not considering the whole scenario leading upto that. It’s really hard to produce a good second seasons for all series if you have spent good time on season 1, we all know how sacred games turned out. This season was certainly not excellent but it was fine to watch and I am not upset with any of the outcome. The whole series was carried out by two people mostly Guddu and Sharad. Maurya character arc was of no use which I was hoping for him to become one of the centre piece but it was a kind of a filler, which could have been avoided but it brought a father and son close moment which I thought was needed. I hope they don’t make a season 3, because then you will destroy the whole franchise. You just cannot produce a good 3rd season after this.

The first thing that you need to know that this is show that is nothing like office, people with this wierd prejudice about the show you need to understand this and watch it then only you would know how great this show is. Never seen a better casting ever. On point and acting by everyone is fabulous.

Season 1 is good, I don’t think I have much to complain about it felt good where the series I was actually excited with the story. They decide to leave it at a wierd cliffhanger which I think director wanted to do something new. Okay before moving on to season 2. I am not happy with the casting was not happy either in season 1 nor season 2. Raven is a good Superhero in DC comics even in the teen titans show and I liked the way how they portrayed her. But in this series Raven casting is ridiculous the raven actress gradually starts to get on our nerves with her exponentially bad acting till the point she is unbearable, they ruined raven and comic book. Gar is okay , dick has done good acting but he does not look like what a night wing should I mean he isn’t athletic at all visually. Rest all are mediocre. Season 2 is really bad story wise , screenplay wise , almost everything , editing looks like even a ninth grader could do, that bad. Spoiler alert: Trigon who is the villain for season 1 is defeated within the 30 minutes of season 2 episode 1 so much for build up and director seems like have a slap to DC writers and apparently he does not know trigon is one of the most powerful characters in DC. Two characters die ridiculously one in the middle and one at the end. Apparently you can take superman’s punch but will die of a few voltages , seems like death was written just to kill a character. There is nothing good I can say about season 2 it is full of plot holes and full of bad editing, campy scenes, ridiculous storyline and literally everything , BUT except krypto the dog who is adorable and well trained and i think that is the highlight of the story. I also think actor playing death stroke did a good job I liked his acting and he looked like death stroke unlike other characters of the series. I expected season 2 to be good but it turned out really bad and I do not hope much from season 3 , if Netflix changes the creators of the show it would be great since it owns the series now. Anyway I have no idea how it is getting such good reviews I think the viewers come from the super girl bat woman fan club.
