There could be a lot to say but I'll keep it brief. I think the biggest insult is that SATC gave such joy, humour and fun placing women in their 30s (well, white women!) front and centre. At the time, many shows did not do this at all. But now, in their 50s, which a lot of fans would also be, it gave nothing. It made 50+ look boring, vacuous and utterly meaningless. Even with all that glorious NY wealth, 'wisdom' and life experience they could not find any sense of purpose and kinda just gave up. Thanks writers, for taking away what you originally created by cancelling yourselves.

It Follows

Loved the hard nod to the gore and silliness of the Evil Dead franchise. Ripping sound track, grisly sound FX and gallons of blood, this reboot did not fail to deliver. Didn't matter if the characters were young, old, wicked or nice, you just don't know who will be gripped by the dreaded tree talons and dragged into the underworld. And who can resist such a cool cast including two Australian actors Morgan Davis and Alyssa Sutherland! "DEATH BY DAWN". Looking forward to revival of the musical soon xxx

Evil Dead Rise

Did I like it! You better believe it! A really engaging insight into politics from the point of view of gender inequality. I loved hearing these truly wonderful, inspirational people speaking out and sharing their stories candidly. Leaders need to act like leaders, not spoilt, privileged brats who think they can do whatever they want because it suits their own personal gain. And then bully, manipulate and abuse others when they don't get their own way. Parliament house has been a toxic work environment for too long. This is where the most important decisions that affect everyone in the country are being made, how can that happen fairly the way it is? Thank you to each and every one of you on Ms Represented for braving that and striving to make change. I hold you in high esteem and am grateful for you and the film makers for sharing this important series with the public.
