D Vialpando

Should've been done in one movie, stuck in Act 1 for 2.5 hours is not cool. Visuals cool but didn't have a cohesive feel or style. Score was cool. Some casting was off such as Momoa and Zendaya. They kept most of the dialogue from the novel but many of the actors were unable to master the formal line delivery. A lot of the line delivery was monotone as well. They also left out a lot of key characters and explanations which do in fact matter if you were to continue the series, which I'm sure they'd love to. The director's in the ballpark and it was better than I expected but not leaps and bounds better than the other two renditions.
