John Wayne – Google

This is an such an interesting coincidence that you have to hear this. I rented this game a lot as a kid. Blockbuster had just one copy. Half the time someone else had already rented it. In freshman year of high-school I immediately became best friends with someone who just so happened to be the same person who kept renting the game. We exchanged that we would keep the game as long as we could, then return it and complain to ourselves that it wasn't there half the time. Swear on the outcome of my soul, we definitely had one of those "Dude!" - "Dude!!!" - "NO WAY!" - "I KNOW MAN NO WAY" moments. This game is amazing.

I played this game so much as a kid when it came out that I had beaten it probably at least 50+ times. Two years after it's release I had completely memorized the spirit temple room by room. Teacher asked us to do a paper on something we liked. What did I do? Write down a complete guide to beating the spirit temple step by step. Received it back and checked to see if I was right... and yep little me in 4th grade got it all right down to the penny. Now i'm thinking of getting into speedrunning it. Seriously I can't think of any other game that has ever come close to Ocarina for me I could play it another dozen times this month if I wanted to probably and not get bored. It's the definition of the best of the best. We have plenty of good games but nothing stood the test of time that ocarina did. There's thousands of people speedrunning this daily. 22 years later and we're still breaking the game with new glitches found.
