4 stars.
Honestly, this was a great movie. The best out of the Fantastic Beasts franchise and also one of the best in the Wizarding World franchise.
It felt like they corrected all the errors from the first two films, and found their footing in this one. The character development was great, plot and pacing were done well, and the action sequences and acting were superb.
Do not believe in the bad reviews and critics, go see this movie! As a Harry Potter fan, it is great and filled with easter eggs.
Mads was amazing in this film and actually, I am sorry to say, did a better job at portraying Grindelwald. His relaxed demeaner was frightening since it always displayed that he was the one in control.
The new professor, Eulalie Hicks, was an absolute gem and I loved every scene with her. Superb actress.
SPOILERS:
My only issues is that the battle between Grindelwald and Dumbledore was a bit underwhelming. I thought it would of been better, also I was expecting a huge plot twist a long the way and there was none, but nevertheless, still an enjoyable movie.
