Fun movie. The credits follow the standard if two tunes, one upbeat and one etheral. I would have to be convinced there is s better way. I noticed several Key Grips. How can there be more than one'Key' grip. Hollywood needs to introduce assistant key grips of associate key grips. The font was easy for me to read without glasses and the scroll speed show enough to keep up yet fast enough to get through everything in two tunes. Note: i thought the movie was set in Kansas City but there was no credit mentioning KC.

I Definitely would not watch the credits again. The movie was casual. Most of the time i could stay relaxed while watching it, so i don't understand why the credits used just one irritatingly bright (as in all treble) old timey song version of Hooray for Hollywood. I always look forward to two tunes, at least one peaceful. But, not this movie's credits. Ouch. My head aches.

Too many reviewers expect perfect continuity of everything and an impactful moral. Just enjoy the movie. Don't expect so much. Its fun. The credits had 3 tunes which is unusual. The scroll was slow enough to almost keep up with all the text. Maybe that's why 3 tunes we're needed. Once again the production staff were listed before the actors. Hm. Decent music. I liked the horns.

Ill give the movie credit for at least one thing: if all you did was watch the credits you would know what movie the are for - so 1985, so Wang Chung. The credits are quite unusual. First there's only one tune and it has lyrics. Second, the production staff credits scroll before the actors. But most interesting is how much the foitage shakes add the credits scroll.

Im nastalgic and lived in the 70s so this movie got an easier audience in me. It was worth 90 minutes. Hooray. Finally an editor put aside his ego and cut out the bs scenes. So many movies drag on. Still. This movie just barely filled 90 minutes. But i had fun. Until the end, pieces in the last 20 minutes really, filled with negative emotion. I don't like feeling sad for someone. Why would i want to spend my time being that emotion, except my time on Earth is limited so i need to do that once or twice. This is the movie that earns that sadness. The credits only had one tune, a sad tune. All other movies have two. Seems apropos. Shory movie. Sad theme. Sad credits tune.

This movie is so good I can't believe it's as good as it is. It's not Lawrence of Arabia by any means but it's completely captivating. I need to go to bed and it took all my energy to tear myself away from it and turn the TV off with 30 minutes left. After spending 20 minutes trying to figure out what to watch and there's nothing but Thrillers and depression and misery and yuck I stumbled upon this movie and it's so fun. The casting is perfect. I had to watch the closing credits twice because the two songs are so fun. The credits are run twice, once with silly graphics remjniscent of typed paper then a second time the usual way crawling up the screen. 3 songs actually. Very unusual. But one of them is subdued which is standard for credits.

The credits don't scroll from bottom to top like pretty much every other movie ever made. That was clever. It actually made it easier to read. Meanwhile there are two tunes played which us normal for credits: one up beat and the other moody, like the first two mivements of classical music symohonies. The font had serifs. I do prefer serif fonts. Times new roman is my favorite. Overall i might watch the credits again. The movie was boring. Everything written in the 2 star section is accurate. Great acting, terrible plot.

I agree with most of the reviews here in the 3 and 4 star version. I agree with the text of the 5 star reviews except the movie is not 5 stars. But I will add: Thank goodness there's no nauseating Hollywood Woke agenda that hates white people. Horizon seems to present the story honestly without the popular self-hating apologist lecture from hopocritical rich hollywood liberals. We can enjoy the scenery and the plot while forgiving the editors and producers for doing a mediocre job of piecing it together. The final 5 minutes was amateurish. Did you run out of patience Kevin Kostner? Finally, Ill watch part 2 just because i like westerns i love the mountain states and im sick of liberal woke Hollywood. P.S. it appears the Chinese sensors got their demands met via the irrelevant sub plot showing Americans being mean to Chinese. It supports the Chinese portrayal of America in their history books.

Slow and hard to follow. After I watched it i had to go online to find out what it meant. Im pretty bright.if a movie requires me to do research afterward to figure out the point then it failed in its job.

The premise is unusual. The acting is very good. So its worth watching for those reasons. The second half of the movie involves too many implausible steps. So you'll have to suspend disbelief and just let it happen until it ends. It helps if you've been in a toxic, co-dependent relationship. You'll empathize without needing to sympathize.
