The novelty of the gameplay is fantastic but not being able to customize sims after the creation sucks. Not much interaction with the world if you don't have the complete The Sims pack. The kids don't age and adults stay young forever. The school and jobs are the most mysterious aspects of the game as not a lot of playing occurs.
