Nothing more then the propaganda arm of the Liberal party of Canada. They have to give them millions just to keep the lights on because not enough people watch it for decent ad revenue. So instead next year they will whine that they need bigger budgets on the back of the tax payers of Canada just to play race baiting games and further the extreme left’s authoritarian narrative. SAD
