Dear people who are reading this, YOU HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK. This book has a lot of action and a little bit of romance. The author really describes the characters and their past. *SPOILER ALERT* My favorite part was when it turns out that Maven was the bad guy and how he became evil. Also when Mare found out she had powers and the king found out. Then she had to pretend she was a lost princess and she had to marry the second prince Maven.
