Yourshow that aired on 10-28-19 on mental illness was a joke. In real life it is next to impossible to get help! You have to be suicidal to gett immediate help. Trying to get an appointment when you need to talk with a professional is next to impossible. There are not enough professional out there to help. Most do not take new patients. This is an American crisis that needs to be addressed.
