Ideas are old. For someone like me who watched the Matrix trilogy and then Animatrix , I find that the movie is rehashing old ideas . The acting and production value are good . Flashier , more updated . But i feel that it's the same old ideas . Question : Which direction is the movie going to take in future installments (if any ) ? In the world that Matrix is in , did humans went outer space in the first place , before war with the AI ? Did they explored or maybe populated Mars ? Did they somehow survive and take refuge in the seas or oceans when warring with the AI ? What happened to the oceans, btw . Just something I had in mind about The Matrix world . I kinda have this " I seen it all " feeling after watching the movie. Maybe it's just me. Everybody's mileage is different.
