My daughter, who travels, left the book after her visit last year. She is a keen supporter of healthy living and my cholesterol readings are always good after her visits:) I liked the way the book was set out, the pictures gave a feeling of space and I enjoyed reading it. I found a lot of information I will follow. I was particularly interested in the glutes exercises, at 73 (although it's never to late) I will try to wake mine up. Wasn't sure about the sleep info although I do most of the things suggested. I am considering starting a gratitude journal and buying amber glasses. I will use the book as a reference book. Thank you
