I would say if you played the first Last of us to play Last of us 2. I have read both 1 star and 5 star reviews and agree to both and this is why: The game play is 10/10, the new stealth modes they added to the improved inventory not only what you have but how you get to it while playing is great. The story is a 7/10 for me, to kill off Joel in the beginning of the game and then have us play Abby the person we hated was not my favorite. We didn't get to know Abby before she killed Joel til after she killed him and I couldn't really connect with her the way I did with Joel/Ellie. I loved playing Ellie but the closer I got to the end of the game, I was getting mad at Ellie. Ellie loses everything at the end even two of her fingers to play guitar the one thing she had left of Joel all for revenge of his death and lets Abby go! I was left empty and sad for both Ellie and Abby. I will say buy the game, I definitely don't regret it.
