I feel like the world is pranking me with the high remarks this show has received. Outer Banks may appeal to an audience of 12 year-olds, but it's not meant for anyone with even an atom of appreciation for decent acting and writing. This show makes Tommy Wiseau's The Room feel Oscar worthy.
