It is an underrated movie. it is worth 4.5 out of 5 points. Arthur is an Alex-jones type character. jimmy revealed the whole plot at the very beginning of the movie but the protagonist/audience cannot see how it is all going to uncover. The movie plot(self-doubt, paranoia of the conspiracist) is something fresh for the audience. in other movies usually someone helps the protagonist who is usually his friend, and tells all the story (total recall) but in this movie, the villain nudge the protagonist to get into the bigger conspiracy
Cons:
* Low-budget movie. They don't want to spend money even on the car accident that's a turning point in the movie
* Some weird soundtracks and camera angle
* The movie appears to move slowly in some places
* you have to watch it twice to understand all the subtleties that make the movie very real
* It is not a movie everybody likes. If you like total recall, matrix, inception, chip-implant, doubting the reality then you like this movie too
Pros:
* The plots are showing in a very subtle way & The whole movie is a climax. it is very difficult to bring the self-doubt and confusion of conspiracy theorist but directors pulled it off
* Aaron Eckhart and the sheriff did a fantastic job
* Nobody overacted in this film
* I loved the soundtrack comes in the final scene
* My favorite lines:
- Pawn, patsy, or dead
- There are no coincidences
- My resident conspiracist
- Every good conspiracy needs a patsy
