When I was a kid, this show actually used to scare the s**t out of me, unlike Goosebumps which was just cheesy beyond practicality.
Of course, it has its ups and downs. The ups being good plots and twists, surprisingly great special effects, the episodes last a little over 20 minutes, which is, in my opinion, the perfect length for a show. Eleven minutes is just way too short.
There's only one downside, thank goodness. But that one is kind of important. The acting isn't all that great. Every now and then, an episode will pop up where the acting is just not that good at all. But, on the bright side, they get some well-known actors once in a blue moon.
Overall, this show was one of the reasons that I couldn't sleep at night from ages 10 to 12.
4/10.
