Love this novel by Wilkie Collins as well as his other famous novel, "The Moonstone'" which was considered the very first British detective novel. I first read both when I was in my teens and have re-read both at least once. And, I've watched movie adaptations of both.

Ordered a chocolate mint shake today. Cost 5.87!!! And, then tasted only of chocolate. Waited in dining area as it was being prepared and counted at least NINE tv screens all bombarding patrons of only ESPN or other male oriented shows. Is that what your Wahlburg family dinner conversations consisted of day in and day out? I'll stick with Dairy Queen for hamburgers and shakes
